Spend your entire Sunday here in the shop, rotating from class-to-class, participating in make-it take-it's and learning to improve your quilting and sewing skills.
Limited to only 30 participants, this event fills quickly - so don't delay! Every participant goes home with a wonderful goodie bag, filled with great gifts, useful tools and tons of information. You will enjoy three presentations in the morning before being treated to a delightful lunch. After lunch you will have time to shop as we set up for the afternoon presentations.
Every participant will have the opportunity to attend all 4 informative classes as well as the two make-it take-it sessions. All materials are provided.

Say It Isn’t Snow!
Last year our very own Punxsutawney Phil granted us an early spring! What are the odds that Phil will be gracious enough to do that same thing again this year? I am betting that he will once again bestow upon us six more weeks of winter weather. What do you think? Are you willing to take a chance on an early spring or do you consider a longer winter a safe bet?
When you make a purchase of $25 or more from January 23 through February 1st you will have the opportunity to "vote" for an early spring or an additional 6 weeks of winter. Phil will decide which "team" wins with his early morning prediction on February 2nd. If Phil agrees with those of you that choose six additional weeks of winter, we will award each of you with a coupon for 25% off any one item of your choice. To reward those of you that are risk takers and total optimists, we will award a 50% off any one item coupon if Phil decides on an early spring again this year! Coupons are good on fabric, books, notions, threads or patterns. Sewing machines and accessories are not included.

BUILDING BLOCKS
Block of the Month
Grab your hard hat and your sewing machine and join us to create your very own, one of a kind, sampler quilt! This program features twelve 9 inch pieced blocks that can be set in a variety of ways. Your quilt will be unique because you will select the colorway as well as your own background fabric. Once the blocks are complete you will also choose your own setting option. The monthly packets will include the featured block pattern and 3 fat eights of fabric, far more than you need to complete the block for just $7.50.
To get you started we are hosting a Kick-Off event on March 15th at 10:00am or 7:00pm. We will discuss your piecing options, setting options and help you select your background. Once you have your 1st packet there are no mandatory meetings to attend and you can work at your own pace. To keep you motivated throughout the year we will host optional meetings in July, November and again next March. Your $7.50 registration for the Kick-Off event will be applied to your first packet. Stop by the shop, select your favorite from the sample colorways and make plans to join us on March 15th. As a special treat for attending the meeting you will also receive a 10% discount coupon to use on the purchase of your background fabric.

One of Judy's works of art will be featured in our store for a 6 week period. While the Judy's quilt is on display we will be offering a discount on the featured pattern.
